The Evolution of Financial Planning and Analysis at Groupe CH

During our conference, Ben Daniele, Director of FP&A at Groupe CH, has addressed the following aspects:

1. Four-Year Evolution of FP&A at Groupe CH  

   Ben Daniele has discussed the main transformations and improvements in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes at Groupe CH over the past four years. He talked about organizational changes, technological innovations, and how planning methods have evolved to meet the group's growing needs.

2. Current Scope of FP&A at Groupe CH 

   Ben Daniele then explained how FP&A is structured today and its strategic role in decision-making. He highlighted the current responsibilities of the FP&A team and the increasing influence of this function across the various departments of the group.

3. Mission and Values of the FP&A Team  
   
   Our speaker presented the mission of the FP&A team, which is to provide accurate, real-time financial analyses to support management decisions. He also discussed the team's core values, such as integrity, innovation, and collaboration.

4. BI4-Data Process Implementation  

   He presented the BI4-Data process, a business intelligence system that collects, analyzes, and interprets complex data to guide strategic decisions. He emphasized how this infrastructure was developed and integrated at Groupe CH to optimize financial analyses.

5. Dashboard Examples  

   Ben Daniele shared concrete examples of dashboards that he uses to track financial performance, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). These tools enable quick data visualization and trend identification.
