His focus is on process improvement and solution opportunities that assist business in achieving straight through automation. Rich’s goal is to raise our client's awareness of current and emerging treasury solutions that are relevant to their industry and business plans.

Starting in Chicago, Rich joined Bank of America in 1982 and has worked in a variety of technology related divisions within the firm. He has been solely focused on client-based treasury management solutions for the last 20+ years.

Rich holds a degree in business and computer science and has presented at many local and national treasury forums and association conferences.
